TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) - WCTV legal analyst Joe Bodiford is weighing in on jury selection in Donna Adelson’s trial.
Bodiford is a longtime law professor and former prosecutor. He joined Abby Walton and Zak Dahlheimer in the studio on Tuesday to discuss how jury selection works and what an ideal juror looks like for the prosecution and for the defense.

The longtime law professor said that he feels confident attorneys will be able to seat a jury. He argued that the case has gone on for so long that it’s likely many people’s memories of it have faded.
“I don’t think this is going to be impossible,” he said. “In fact, I think it’s going to be easier than the last set of trials we had on this.”
And what will that jury look like?
