Free agent wide receiver Gabe Davis has left the Pittsburgh Steelers’ facility without a contract and now will head to meet with the Buffalo Bills later this week.

Davis came to Pittsburgh on his second visit of the offseason, and can now choose where he would like to go. The biggest hold up for the Steelers and Davis is health.

Davis is coming off knee surgery in November. He suffered a torn meniscus, which still has to heal in his left knee. In addition, he had suffered a PCL sprain in January 2024, adding some more concern to that knee.

The Jaguars released Davis with a failed physical designation. That clearly spells out that Davis was not healthy earlier this summer, and he is only now rounding into game shape to play.

In just ten games in 2024, Davis caught 20 receptions
