HINCKLEY, Ohio – Hoppy Dude Brews is closing its doors to its Ridge Road taproom in Hinckley but keeping its planned Medina production facility, it announced on its Facebook page.

The location at 1369 Ridge Road, Hinckley, will close at the end of September.

The post read in part:

“This decision wasn’t ours to make; unfortunately, our landlord has chosen not to renew our lease. While we’re sad to say goodbye to the place where it all began, we’re incredibly grateful for the memories, the laughter, and the pints shared with you all here in Hinckley. …
