RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT) - Construction in Forest Hill is coming back, leaving community members uneasy about the potential impacts it could have on drivers and businesses in the area.
“I’m not very excited about that actually to be honest,” one driver said.
In a virtual public meeting Tuesday , Richmond’s Department of Public Utilities revealed it’s plans to continue utility work on Forest Hill avenue between Hathaway Road and Joe Brooks Blvd.
This comes after the completion of the initial phase at the end of 2024.
