LOUISVILLE, Ky. —

A lot of changes are taking place for Central football in 2025.

The Yellow Jackets are in the process of getting a new field finalized, head coach Marvin Dantzler hired a new offensive coordinator, and there are a bunch of new faces taking the field this year after the team lost a number of starters to graduation from last year's 9-4 team.

One of those players was star running back Cortez Stone. In his four years at Central, Stone ran for more than 7,000 yards and 100 touchdowns.

"You can't replace a kid of that type of production, but at the same time, I'm looking forward to it," said Dantzler. "It gives me a chance to kind of do something different as a coach."
