Kelly Clarkson’s new special, “Songs & Stories, ” will blend live performances with heartfelt storytelling as she interviews today’s most influential and chart-topping artists.

The special will premiere the first episode on Tuesday, August 19 at 10 p.m. ET on NBC. Those without cable can watch the show for free through DIRECTV , which offers a free trial to new users. Sling and FuboTV are other options for streaming the show, and FuboTV offers $20 off your first month.

Viewers can also stream the episodes the day after their air with a Peacock subscription , which starts at $7.99 a month.
