Around 7:40 a.m., the Stanislaus County Sheriff's Office responded to the 6800 block of River Road in Oakdale when Cheyenne Spears, 33, reported to 911 that she had been struck with a baseball bat.
When the deputies arrived at the scene, the woman claimed that her 8-month-old’s father was the one who struck her. She also stated the infant was inside a home with the 37-year-old man, and he was making claims he may harm the baby.
