A student was stabbed to death and his alleged attacker was hospitalized after the two teen boys got into an argument inside an Arizona high school classroom just two weeks into the school year — sending students and their parents into panic mode.

Phoenix police rushed to Maryvale High School around 11 a.m. Tuesday morning after receiving a call about a stabbing from the school’s safety officer. 5

The school was quickly placed under a lockdown as frantic students inside sought cover and started reaching out to their parents.

Cops arrived to find one student with multiple stab wounds and another with non-life-threatening injuries, the Phoenix Police Department wrote on X. 5

The critically injured student was rushed to a nearby hospital, where he died.
