Bo, like every other shelter pup, dreamed of nothing more than being loved by a family of his own.

Everything seemed to be falling into place. His adopters completed the interviews, came for a meet and greet, and eventually welcomed him into their home. Bo was ready to begin a brand new chapter, and his tail couldn’t wag fast enough.

But that joy didn’t last long.
