Plans to demolish dozens of Aberdeen homes affected by RAAC are set to push ahead.
Reinforced autoclaved aerated concrete (RAAC) was identified in more than 500 council and private properties in 2022, with homes evacuated the following year.
Aberdeen City Council put forward plans to demolish all of the affected properties in Balnagask by 2028.
The proposals to knock down the majority of the properties were paused to give residents time to consider other options for the future of their homes. The majority of the affected RAAC properties are council-owned.
A recent council report confirmed that 31 people accepted offers to buy their homes, others are still considering valuations. Meanwhile, an option that involved replacing the roofs did not go anywhere.
