Aubrey Plaza is opening up about her grief following her husband Jeff Baena’s death by suicide in January.

Plaza confided in her friend and fellow “Parks and Recreation” alum Amy Poehler during the Tuesday, August 19, episode of Poehler’s “Good Hang” podcast .

Poehler acknowledged Plaza’s “terrible, tragic year” and asked her, “On behalf of all the people who feel like they know you, and the people who do know you, how are you feeling today?”

Plaza replied, “Right in this very, very present moment, I feel happy to be with you. Overall, I’m here and I’m functioning, and I feel really grateful to be moving through the world. I’m like, OK. It’s, you know, a daily struggle, obviously.”
