CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV) - At least one bullet was reportedly fired into a Charlotte high school on Monday, according to a person who sent WBTV pictures of a shattered window.

The person claimed the bullet was shot into Palisades High School, which is South Tryon Street in the Lake Wylie area.

When reached for comment, neither Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools nor the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department would confirm what happened. The school did; however, say that a person was arrested, although neither their name nor age was released.

During a search for a corresponding incident report, police said there was not one, likely because the suspect was a juvenile.
