ELYRIA, Ohio — Elyria police have filed an additional charge against Jacob Rosado, the last person seen with 16-year-old Vincent Pabon , whose body was found in the water near the East Falls Riverwalk earlier this month.

On Tuesday, police charged the 24-year-old Rosado with pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor, a fourth-degree felony. Rosado appeared in Elyria Municipal Court on Wednesday, where a bond was set at $50,000.

Officials say the new charge against Rosado stems from an ongoing criminal investigation into media files recovered during the forensic review of his electronic devices. "During that review, detectives discovered evidence of child sexual exploitation material," police stated in a release.
