WARREN A Warren man has been indicted in connection with a deadly shooting at a Warren convenience store earlier in August.
23-year-old Savion Woodall is charged with two felony counts of murder with a firearms specification, having weapons under disability, attempted murder, illegal possession of a firearm in a liquor permit premises, tampering with evidence, carrying concealed weapons and improperly handling of firearms in a motor vehicle.
The charges stem from the shooting death of David Owens III, who was shot and killed in the parking lot of the Convenient Food Mart on Elm Road the morning of Sunday, August 3.
A second man was wounded as a result of this shooting.
