STILLWATER - A Stillwater man has been arrested on weapons and drug charges after accidentally shooting himself in the hand cleaning a gun, Saratoga County said.

Matthew R. Flanagan, 28, of Stillwater, was arrested Monday on three counts of third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, felonies, and a misdemeanor count of controlled substance possession, officials said.
