ROTTERDAM — Multiple federal agencies raided a spa along Hamburg Street in Rotterdam Wednesday, where one person seen taken into custody by U.S. Immigration and Custom Enforcement agents.

ICE agents and members of the FBI raided the Moon Spa at 2727 Plaza at around 10 a.m., according to several employees of neighboring businesses in the same plaza.
