TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) - A woman who is now charged in a hit-and-run crash that seriously injured a teen appears to have sought public donations for repairs to the vehicle allegedly involved in the incident.

Adrian Police confirmed to the 13 Action News I-TEAM that the silver Chevy Cruze featured in two separate GoFundMe pages belongs to Felisha Madison, a woman now facing a felony charge in the crash that left Dakota Courington hospitalized for more than a year.

Investigators tell the I-TEAM that the Chevy Cruze shown in the fundraising pages was driven by Madison before and after the time of the crash.

Authorities would not reveal any additional details until further court proceedings play out, though the magistrate in the case said Wednesday the crash involved a silver Chevy C
