TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) - The Arizona Department of Public Safety has issued a Silver Alert for a Tucson man missing for more than two weeks.

The AZDPS says 79-year-old Teodoro Sanchez has not been heard from since August 4.

He is described as 5′4,″ 135 pounds, grey hair and brown eyes.

He was last contacted in the area of East 36th Street and Country Club Road.

It is unknown what he was last wearing, but DPS says he typically wears a dark-colored beanie hat.

He may have a basic flip-style cellular phone with him that is likely out of battery.

Anyone with information is asked to call 911.
