ATLANTIC CITY — A man who dresses up as Batman in the resort was arrested Sunday night after he allegedly pepper-sprayed a man during an argument on the Boardwalk, police Capt. Kevin Fair said.

Curtis Bordley, 34, of Egg Harbor Township, who is known as A.C. Batman, was charged with aggravated assault, unlawful possession of a weapon and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose.

He was released on a summons pending court, according to court records.

The incident occurred at Texas Avenue and the Boardwalk, Fair said Wednesday.

The victim was taken to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center, City Campus, Fair said.
