HARBOR SPRINGS — Emmet County is seeking community input as it updates its Master Plan, a long-term policy document that will guide development for the next five to 10 years.

The plan, developed through the county Planning Commission, provides direction for elected officials, staff, and residents on land use, infrastructure, street design, and other development decisions.

To gather public feedback, the county has released a community survey open through Sept. 21. The online questionnaire is available at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/EmmetPlan2025 .

Printed copies can be picked up and returned at the Emmet County Planning and Zoning Office, 3434 Harbor-Petoskey Road, Suite E, Harbor Springs.
