After two years, Paradise Town Manager Jim Goodwin is stepping down from the role, starting today.
The town put out a press release Tuesday announcing Goodwin’s departure that said the position will temporarily be held by Paradise Police Chief Eric Reinbold until a permanent replacement for Goodwin can be found.
“Jim Goodwin has served as town manager for the past two years,” the release said. “The town expresses its appreciation for his leadership and dedication to Paradise during this time.”
Reinbold began working for the town in 2007 and was promoted to chief of police in 2018.
Mayor Steve Crowder provided a statement with the town’s press release regarding the shift in leadership.
“The Town Council is grateful to Chief Reinbold for stepping into this role to provide stability and
