YOUNGSTOWN Police in Youngstown are have found a man who had been missing for more than 10 days.

According to police, 29-year-old Alexander McWherter had been missing since August 8, when he was last seen on Youngstown's west side. Police say McWherter stopped posting to social media August 10.

As of Wednesday, August 20, McWherter has been found safe.

Police thanked those who assisted in the efforts to locate McWherter.
