BROOKLYN, MI – NASCAR will return to Michigan International Speedway in early June again next year, as the series announced its full 2026 schedule on Wednesday, Aug. 20.

The NASCAR Cup Series race at MIS will be on Sunday, June 7, 2026 – one day earlier than 2025’s race date. It’s tied for the earliest in the year MIS has hosted a Cup race (it also hosted a race on June 7 in 1970).

For the second year in a row, the race will stream on Amazon’s Prime Video instead of being shown on cable or broadcast TV.

MIS will also host a NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series race on Saturday, June 6.
