PADUCAH, Ky. (WSIL) -- The McCracken County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a burglary on North Friendship Road on August 20, 2025.

The sheriff's office said surveillance footage from the home shows the suspect, identified as Johnathan Braima, entering and exiting their home with stolen items.

McCracken County investigators said they found the suspect in the 3900 block of Hinkleville Road. The sheriff's office said Braima admitted to the crime.

Authorities said they also recovered some of the stolen items.

Braima's was arrested and cited with a Burglary 2nd Degree charge. He was taken to the McCracken County Jail.

The sheriff's office said Braima was previously arrested for Criminal Trespassing by the Paducah Police Department on August 16.
