MORGANTOWN, W.Va. (WV News) — U.S. District Judge John Preston Bailey granted a preliminary injunction Wednesday that will allow four West Virginia University football players to compete during the 2025-2026 season.
The ruling comes in a lawsuit filed by Jimmori Robinson, Jeffrey Weimer, Tye Edwards and Justin Harrington against the National Collegiate Athletic Association.
