LOUISVILLE, Ky. — A federal grand jury has indicted a Louisville man for his alleged role in a fatal overdose in 2024.

Tyler Cull, 25, is charged with distributing a mixture containing fentanyl in Jefferson and Hardin County on Dec. 14, 2024, which resulted in a victim’s death, according to the superseding indictment filed Wednesday.

Cull was previously indicted on April 2 for possession with intent to distribute 40 grams or more of fentanyl.

According to the Department of Justice, Cull remains in federal custody pending his trial. If convicted, he faces 20 years to life in prison.
