BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- Two people were charged with murder in connection to the fire at the State Road mobile home park that killed a woman earlier this month.

Daniel Christopher Graham, 41, and Misha Allen, 42, were charged with first-degree murder.

A not guilty plea was entered for Graham and Allen at the Kern County Superior Court on Wednesday.

The next hearing for Graham and Allen is set for Sept. 2. Both are being held without bail.

On Aug. 8 at around 2 a.m., a fire was reported at a mobile home park in the 6000 block of State Rd.

Roxana Jo Kelley, 63, was found dead inside a mobile home at 2:30 a.m., according to the Kern County Coroner’s Office. The cause and manner of her death are still under investigation.
