Lompoc Valley Medical Center Physical Therapist Winnie Badger is giving a free presentation tonight at 6 p.m., on “Pelvic Floor Health: 101.”

The lecture, sponsored by the Lompoc Hospital District Foundation, will be held at the Dick DeWees Community and Senior Center, 1120 W. Ocean Ave.

The pelvic floor is a group of muscles supporting the pelvic organs, including the bladder, bowel and uterus. This foundational region of the body is often misunderstood or overlooked in one’s healthcare maintenance.
