ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) - After layoffs at Emory Healthcare, a former employee has filed a class action lawsuit, claiming the action violated workers’ rights.

Last week, Emory let go of employees in its financial services and revenue cycle department. Emory Healthcare said Wednesday the layoffs affected 232 people out of 29,5000 employees.
