The Denver Broncos and New Orleans Saints have completed a rather intriguing wide receiver trade with Week 1 of the regular season just around the corner.

ESPN's Adam Schefter has reported that the Broncos have sent Devaughn Vele to the Saints in exchange for a 2026 fourth-round draft pick and a 2027 seventh-rounder.

Vele actually put together a rather impressive rookie campaign last season, playing in 13 games and catching 41 passes for 475 yards and three touchdowns. He also logged a very robust catch rate of 74.5 percent.

The 27-year-old, who played his collegiate football at Utah, was originally selected by the Broncos in the seventh round of the 2024 NFL Draft.
