OLD TOWN, Fla. (WCJB) -Residents are speaking out after what started as a normal night at Charlie’s Bar & Package in Old Town ended in chaos when a fight involving hundreds of people broke out early Sunday morning.

Witnesses told TV20 the bar was crowded but calm at first.

“It started really normal, everybody was having a good time … nobody was inside really,” witness Lyric Green said. “My friends and I were having a good time and next thing you know, they were fighting inside the bar.”

Green described the scene as quickly spiraling out of control.

“It was everywhere, it was everywhere, it was a crazy night,” Green said.
