GAINESVILLE, Fla. (WCJB) - “I got to do a bang-up job of coaching. Got less players this year than we had last year, in the previous season, do a great job of coaching them up and get them to believe and getting them to buy in.” said head coach of the Blue Waves Willie Jackson

Jackson has yet to bring a winning season to the Blue Waves. It’s not going to get any easier with an off-season that brought a hurricane through P.K. Yonge, leaving little to no returning players. As the coach said, “Basically, coach what you have. It has to be specifically tailored for what you have. So, you know that’s just being creative. and think of thinking of creative ways to score some touchdowns.”
