GRAND ISLAND, Neb. (KSNB) - The third year of the Jeff Ashby tenure at GICC is full of high expectations for the Crusaders.

After improving his win total from two to six in his second season, GICC narrowly missed out on the postseason, but with a returning squad full of veterans, the Crusaders are ready to make a deep run.

“These guys are seniors and when I first got here they were sophomores and you could kind of see the talent and it was just a matter of changing around some of the culutre around here, and getting them to buy in and they’ve obviously done that, so high expectations right now,” said Jeff Ashby, GICC football coach.
