MARION COUNTY, Ky. —
A woman is dead after a home invasion in Marion County, Kentucky, according to police.
Kentucky State Police say they were called at 4:15 a.m. Tuesday by the Marion County Sheriff's Office to assist in a shooting investigation.
KSP troopers and detectives arrived at a home on Hourigan Lane and found 48-year-old Stephanie Keeling shot to death.
Early investigations show that four people, two men and two women, forced their way into the home and held the people inside at gunpoint.
KSP says one of the suspects, Tyler Gunn, shot Keeling.
Police said the four suspects left the home before officers arrived.
Detectives notified the Bardstown Police Department about the suspected vehicle. Bardstown police were then able to stop the vehicle on U.S. 150 in Nelson County.
