The 49ers are adding to their wide receiver room.

San Francisco acquired pass-catcher Skyy Moore and a 2027 seventh-round pick from the Chiefs in exchange for a 2027 sixth-round pick, according to multiple reports .

The trade comes as the franchise is dealing with a bit of a mess at the position, with Week 1 just over two weeks away.

Former second-team All-Pro Brandon Aiyuk is expected to miss the first month or two of the season after suffering a season-ending injury late last year.
