QUINCY (WGEM) - The Adams County Coroner identified the man who fell off a boat into a Mississippi River on Tuesday night.

Adams County Coroner Scott Graham identified 25-year-old Parker James David Warning, of Mendon, Ill. as the victim.

Adams County deputies and Quincy police were called by Missouri officials on Tuesday night to assist after an individual reported losing sight of a man in the water.

Water rescue teams were on scene, from the Quincy Memorial Bridge to Hogback Island.

The incident remains under investigation by the Adams County Sheriff’s Office and Adams County Coroner.
