LAS VEGAS (KLAS) -- Air Canada resumed more flights today after reaching a deal with a flight attendant union. Flights to and from Canada had been grounded since Saturday following a strike after flight attendants rejected a government-mediated contract.
More than 100,000 travelers were affected by the cancelled flights. Air Canada resumed services yesterday evening, and today, more flights arrived from Montreal, Toronto, and Vancouver.
A couple from Canada said this was their first trip to Las Vegas, and they weren’t sure they were going to make it.
