ROSEVILLE, Calif. —

Traffic is backed up on Interstate 80 after a crash and fire in Roseville, according to the California Highway Patrol.

Westbound lanes are restricted near state Route 65. Traffic is slow in both directions due to emergency vehicles and reduced lanes on eastbound Route 65.
