GLENDALE, AZ (AZFamily) — The family of a social media influencer who was randomly shot and killed in a case of road rage in Glendale is remembering her life and her impact on the community.

Loved ones described 27-year-old Yarely Ashley Hermosillo as an incredible mother, a jokester and a caring person when you needed somebody.

“It hurts to love your other half, but when it happens in front of you and you can’t do nothing, it’s a different type of hurt,” said Hermosillo’s husband, Daniel Salgado.

Salgado said his wife’s life was just beginning as they had moved to a new apartment, and her social media career was just taking off. Hundreds of thousands followed Hermosillo’s social media accounts that focused on baking and recipes.
