QUINCY -- It was quite the run for Quincy Notre Dame volleyball last season.

The Raiders went 36-3 and on a lengthy playoff run before falling to eventual state champion Breese Mater Dei in three sets in the Class 2A Super-Sectional.

"I think they're hungry," said QND head coach Danielle White. "I think that we know where we want to be at the end of the season. After last season, we knew where we wanted to be and didn't get there. I think having that loss is still kind of fresh on our minds and I think it's really going to push them to next level."

White enters her second season at the helm of the QND volleyball program.

"I feel like I'm still getting my feet wet, but I'm also ready to pick up right where we left off last year. Go for that postseason run again and just continue to buil
