METAMORA ( 25News Now ) - In April, St. Mary’s School of Metamora received a One Class at a Time grant , and since then, it has been transformed into something students can use and enjoy for years to come.

Science teacher Deb Fitzgibbons is known for making her classroom come alive, turning lessons into discoveries and laughter into learning. When she received the One Class at a Time grant earlier this year, she had one goal in mind: bringing a 3D printer into her middle school science classes.

Months later, that vision is now reality. Students are diving into projects where they can design, test, and build from start to finish, mirroring the problem-solving skills they’ll need in real-world careers.
