ST. MARTIN, Miss. (WLOX) - You may not find a coach on the Coast more intense than Woody Cagnolatti.

The former St. Martin defensive line coach was named the team’s head coach this offseason and is using the intensity he brought to the trenches to lead the Yellow Jackets in 2025.

While coaching jobs sprang up around the Coast, Cagnolatti wanted no part of coaching for any team that wasn’t the Yellow Jackets.

“I wasn’t interested in going anywhere else,” he explained. “There are coaches out there who want to be a head coach; that’s what they want to do, they want to be a head coach.
