LAS VEGAS ( FOX5 ) — Over the last school year, tensions have risen at Pinecrest Academy Horizon Campus.

Particularly from parents trying to pick up and drop off their kids.

One mother, who wanted to stay anonymous, told FOX 5 that it’s taken 30-45 longer to get her children picked up.

“I’m a single mom. I go to work before the sun comes up. I get off work when the sun comes down.” she explained “It is a charter school. There is no bussing provided by CCSD or anything like that. You have one option, pick up and drop off by a parent or guardian of some sort.”
