WARREN, Ohio — Two Trumbull County men have been arrested on federal charges after investigators say they were involved in an Aug. 3 convenience store shooting in Warren that left one man dead and another injured, according to the U.S. Department of Justice.
Jumal Ellis Rowe, 32, and Rayjon Ray Mcelroy, 25, both of Warren, were charged in a federal criminal complaint following the shooting outside the Convenient Food Mart on Elm Road NE.
Rowe is charged with being a felon in possession of a firearm. Court records note he has previous convictions for trafficking and possession of cocaine.
McElroy is charged with possession of ammunition by a person previously convicted of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence.
According to an affidavit filed with the complaint, Warren police and t
