WARREN A Warren man indicted on a murder charge and other felonies in connection with an August shooting at a convenience store is scheduled to be arraigned Thursday morning in Trumbull County Common Pleas Court.
Savion Woodall, 23, is set to appear at 8:45 a.m. before Judge Ronald Rice.
A Trumbull County grand jury indicted Woodall on charges stemming from the shooting death of a second man was also wounded in the shooting.
Woodall faces one count of murder with a firearms specification, two counts of having weapons under disability, and one count each of attempted murder, illegal possession of a firearm in a liquor permit premises, tampering with evidence, carrying concealed weapons and improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle.
Federal charges have also been filed again
