An MP has called for “parliament to be recalled” after it was announced Tesco Meal Deal prices will climb to a staggering £4.25 , or a hefty £3.85 with a Clubcard. ‌

Liberal Democrat MP for Maidenhead, Joshua Reynolds, has dubbed the price hike a “national outrage” on the social media site X . The MP’s comments came in response to a heartbroken Tesco customer writing: “Discovering that a Tesco meal deal will be £3.85 *with* a Clubcard from Thursday was truly devastating.” ‌
