COVENTRY, R.I. (WLNE) — Tonight, the Coventry Redevelopment Agency will hold a meeting regarding the town’s redevelopment of Johnson’s Pond.

The event is being billed as an important chance for the public to “shape property abutters views and opinions.”

This is the latest development in the controversial plan for Coventry to seize Johnson’s Pond .

The meeting will be at the senior center on Wood Street at 6.
