PORTLAND, Maine — As the summer comes to an end and students head back to school, the National Alliance on Mental Illness is sharing resources for families to help ease the stress of adjusting to new routines.
NAMI has published guides on forming healthy habits, setting boundaries, and avoiding burnout.
The organization recommends students get prepared before the school year ramps up, which could include making a schedule and looking into what kind of mental health resources are available.
