We've all heard about the FBI agents in Washington, D.C. Now, more federal agents are coming to St. Louis.
According to the office of U.S. Sen. Eric Schmitt, it represents "one of the largest per capita infusions of full-time agents and intel personnel in the nation."
Schmitt pushed for the extra agents. He says the additions will increase the agency's violent crime-fighting capabilities.
