A Florida man was arrested last week for allegedly yanking a pregnant woman by the hair and choking her repeatedly "in a headlock fashion" after getting into an argument with the mom-to-be "over noodles and her attitude," cops say.

Jonathan Webster, 38, is charged with aggravated battery of a pregnant woman, domestic battery by strangulation , tampering with a witness, resisting an officer without violence, and being a fugitive from justice after he attempted to flee the scene of the Aug. 14 attack on foot, according to his arrest affidavit .
